The ISTNL Tournament is an annual soccer competition organized by the International Soccer Tournament Newfoundland and Labrador (ISTNL) Organization. It brings together diverse communities, immigrants, and residents to celebrate soccer, promote wellness, and build connections.
The tournament is open to all residents and immigrants in Newfoundland and Labrador, regardless of skill level. Teams can register under various categories, including youth, amateur, and competitive divisions.

The ISTNL Tournament is held annually at Mount Pearl Soccer Association (MPSA) Soccer Pitches, Arena road, Mount Pearl. Specific dates for the year’s tournament will be announced on our website and social media.
The tournament follows FIFA standard soccer rules with modifications for amateur and community play. We also have The ISTNL Handbook updated very year to guide tournament activities. Matches are structured in group stages, followed by knockout rounds leading to the finals.
Yes! If you don’t have a team, you can register as an individual player, and we will connect you with a team in need of players.
Yes! In addition to the ISTNL Tournament, we organize friendly matches, community soccer events, training sessions, and workshops throughout the year. These non-competitive matches provide a great opportunity for players of all skill levels to enjoy the game, stay active, and connect with others in a relaxed environment.
